Accompanying persons have NO access to scientific halls.
Access of accompanying person only to food areas.
On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable.
Registration for children below 5 years is complimentary. (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit.
Make sure to mention the email id & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter to avail of registration in the post-graduate / resident category.
For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at tnscon2025hyd@gmail.com.

75% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 31^th June, 2025.
50% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 15^th July, 2025.
25% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 31^th July, 2025.
No refund will be made for the requests made after 31^th July, 2025.
Registration is not transferable.
All refunds will be made after 30 days of the conference by Cheque / NEFT only. GST will be deducted from all the refunds.
