SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Call for Papers

We invite submissions of abstracts for Award Papers, Free Paper Presentations and Poster Presentations  at the 23rd Annual Conference of the Association of Nuclear Medicine Physicians of India (ANMPICON) 2025, Hyderabad.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for Award Papers:

  • Abstracts for Award Papers should not exceed 350 words and must be typed in 12pt Arial font with double spacing.
  • The title should be brief and free of abbreviations.
  • Do not include personal details (such as the Presenting Author, Co-Author, Institute, or Hospital Name) in the abstract.
  • Only postgraduate students are eligible for the Award Paper category.
  • Award Papers must be submitted along with a letter from the Head of the Department, and the paper must be certified by the mentor.
  • The abstract should include the following sections: Aim, Methods, and Conclusion.
  • Award Papers will be evaluated based on originality, scientific merit, and relevance to the field of nuclear medicine.
  • Abstracts should not contain images, graphs, or tables.
  • The first author listed will be considered the presenting author.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is *30th May 2025*.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject Award Papers without providing reasons.
  • *Conference registration is mandatory* for Award Paper Submission.

  • The first author listed will be considered the presenting author.
  • An author can present only one oral presentation, but additional poster presentations are allowed.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is *30th May 2025*
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers without providing reasons.

  • *Conference registration is mandatory* for presenting Poster.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for Kakarla Subbarao Best Image of the Year Award:

  •  The award is open to all the Nuclear Medicine Physicians and Residents.
  •  The presenting author should be a Regular/Student member of ANMPI at the time of submission.
  • The image can be a single image or a collage of images, based on
         – New development in nuclear medicine field
         – Research/Original work in progress
         – Rare image of already established Imaging procedure
         – Special Hybrid images.
  •  The image should be accompanied by the legends of not more than 300 words.
  • The image should be in Jpeg., Tiff, GIF, PNG, format with at least 600 dpi.
  • A jury of 3 experts in Nuclear Medicine will be created for choosing the best image of the year.
  •  The award will consist of a certificate and cash award.
  •  The image would be put in ANMPI website for a year and then archived. The author has to give the consent for the same.
